Going through the basement, computer room and garage I can not decide on what to keep for the move.

Reasons to Move or to Stay

When me and my wife decided to move we came up with a pro and con list to stick around Milwaukee.
The reasons to leave:

• property taxes (in Milwaukee $3000 year for a 120' X 30' lot and in Arkansas $300 year for 5 acres)
  
• Snow
• potholes
• freezing temperatures
• the 'wheel tax'
• Idiot drivers
• City noise
• My dad needs us to help him
• Lack of work for me
• Need a change
• Can ride my motorcycle longer in the year
  

Reasons to stay

• My wife's family
• We grew up here
• a few friends

As y'all can see the list for the move is larger than the list to stay.
