The appraiser from the buyers bank was here Friday morning

Even closer

The inspector came and told us and the buyers that he saw nothing that would stop the sale of the house. The next steps are in the buyers court, final loan papers and an assessor from their bank.

Getting Closer

We have the inspector coming Friday

The buyers offered what we wanted!! The final day for closing is October 16th. We signed the offer sheet and are hoping the inspection goes well.

Good Day

I talked to our agent this morning and found out a couple of things.
1. I was mistaken on how many showings we had yesterday. We were to have only 1. The other agent and our agents office had an oops when they scheduled the appointment.
2. We have an offer!!! I will post more on this when I get details.
